Digital Products refer to products that do not have a physical form, such as e-vouchers and prepaid mobile data.

You may browse them via the Digital Products section on the Shopee App homepage. There are 4 categories: 

• ShopeePay Near Me (e.g. fast food, snacks, drinks, services, etc)
• Top Ups (pre-paid top ups)
• Travel (e.g bus, hotel, flights, etc)
• Others (such as transport, food delivery and hotel e-vouchers
  
  

⚠️ Note

• Pay attention to the terms and conditions and validity period stated on the product detail page of Digital Products before you place an order.
• Digital Products cannot be exchanged or combined with other promotions.
• Digital Products that are not used within the redemption period will be forfeited and will not be refunded/reinstated.
• If the final amount payable is less than the nominal value of a Digital Product, the remaining value will be forfeited and cannot be returned.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any redemption codes belonging to Digital Products. Shopee will not be liable for any losses due to user negligence.
